Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our security services business. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, experience in managing field operations, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and security personnel.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Experience in security services, facility management, or operations management preferred.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting).
- Ability to travel to client locations and security sites as required.




- Recruit and hire security guards as per operational requirements
- Conduct induction programs and training sessions for security guards
- Coordinate with Field Officers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Meet with clients regularly to address concerns and maintain solid business relationships
- Prepare operational reports and maintain necessary records.
- Language: Hindi,English,Malayalam.

Work Location: In person

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
