Role Overview

We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and execution-focused Content Creator who can transform ideas into engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

If you're someone who notices trends before they go viral, loves creating reels, understands storytelling, and can produce content that drives engagement, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality short-form and long-form content for social media.
- Develop engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content.
- Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas aligned with client goals.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and scripts.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and viral formats.
- Participate in shoots and assist in content planning and production.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Track content performance and optimize future content accordingly.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to write engaging content in English (Hindi is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Bonus Skills

- Experience with personal branding.
- Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or other content creation tools.
- Photography or videography skills.
- Understanding of performance marketing and social media analytics.
