Mother Teacher – Job Description

Job Title: Mother Teacher (Primary Section)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Mother Teacher to nurture and educate primary school students. The ideal candidate should create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly learning workplace while supporting the academic, emotional, social, and physical development of every child.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach all core subjects to the assigned class.
- Plan and deliver interactive, activity-based lessons.
- Maintain a positive, caring, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Monitor students' academic progress and overall development.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities.
- Conduct assessments and maintain student records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Organize classroom displays, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.




- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and events.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- D.El.Ed./B.Ed. (preferred).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching young children.
- Freshers with excellent teaching aptitude may also apply.

Experience

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
