Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying current sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our financial products and services. Key Responsibilities:

- Actively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell financial products and services to prospective and existing customers, clearly articulating their features and benefits.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule,

- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs effectively.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline status to management.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, competitive activities, and regulations within the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to enhance sales strategies and product offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
