Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
- Drive measurable outcomes across lead generation, app installs, conversions, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and funnel performance.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking across GA4, Firebase, Meta Pixel, and related analytics or attribution tools.
- Build audience targeting, remarketing, and funnel-based campaign strategies to improve efficiency and scale.
- Test creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve performance over time.
- Analyze campaign and user journey data, identify insights, and recommend actions for growth.
- Coordinate with founders, product, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals and customer journeys.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience running ad campaigns for reputed companies, startups, or high-growth brands.




- Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Firebase, Meta Pixel, event tracking, and performance measurement setup.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in spreadsheets, dashboards, and marketing metrics.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize well, and deliver outcomes with limited supervision.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
