Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and deliver on-ground marketing activities like activations, roadshows, and kiosks to increase brand awareness.
- Client Servicing: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering strategic advice, developing brand activation solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Operational Management: Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality setup of events.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and manage third-party logistics to ensure high-quality execution.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Monitor BTL budgets, track ROI, and provide analytical reports on campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–8 years of experience in BTL agencies, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
- Key Skills: Strong proficiency in project management, PowerPoint (PPT), vendor negotiation, client servicing, and on-ground execution.
- Soft Skills: Robust communication, leadership, and crisis management abilities.
