Job Description – Online Pediatric Dietitian / Nutritionist

Position: Pediatric Dietitian / Nutritionist – Online Consultation

Work Mode: Online / Remote

Organization: Lifebridge Rehabilitation Center

Key Responsibilities

- Provide online dietary and nutritional consultations for children with developmental and behavioural needs.
- Assess the child’s nutritional requirements based on their age, growth, eating patterns, medical history, and individual needs.
- Provide individualized and practical meal plans to support healthy growth and development.
- Address concerns such as picky eating, food selectivity, feeding difficulties, constipation, nutritional deficiencies, underweight, overweight, and dietary restrictions.
- Guide parents on improving the child’s food variety, balanced nutrition, mealtime routines, and healthy eating habits.
- Provide nutrition guidance for children with autism and other developmental conditions while avoiding unnecessary restrictive diets.
- Review the child’s dietary progress and modify recommendations when required.
- Maintain appropriate documentation of consultations, nutritional assessments, recommendations, and follow-ups.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers and provide transparent, practical home-based nutritional guidance.
- Coordinate with the Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Behaviour Therapist, Special Educator,



Psychologist, and other professionals when required for holistic care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and provide nutritional inputs when needed.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics / Food and Nutrition or equivalent qualification.
- Registered/licensed professional as applicable to local regulations.
- Experience working with pediatric clients or children with developmental needs is preferred.
- Knowledge of pediatric nutrition, picky eating, food selectivity, and nutritional requirements.
- Strong communication and parent counselling skills.
- Good documentation and report-writing abilities.
- Professional, punctual, responsible, and organized.
- Comfortable conducting consultations and follow-ups entirely online.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary Child Development Center team.

A compassionate and knowledgeable Pediatric Dietitian/Nutritionist who can provide professional online consultations, guide parents with practical nutrition strategies, address feeding and dietary concerns, and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team at Lifebridge Rehabilitation Center.

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹600.00 per day
