Position: Technical Trainer – Mechanical QA/QC

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Working Hours:

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong industrial experience in Mechanical QA/QC and be capable of delivering professional classroom training to students and working professionals preparing for careers in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and construction industries.

Experienced candidates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom training on Mechanical QA/QC concepts and industry practices.
- Train candidates on piping, equipment, welding, painting, and quality control procedures.
- Explain applicable international codes and standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, and related specifications.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, practical sessions, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide technical guidance.
- Support curriculum development and continuously improve training materials.




- Mentor students for interviews and career development.
- Maintain training records and ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Mechanical QA/QC, Inspection, or related industrial projects.
- Prior teaching or technical training experience will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation, inspection procedures, and relevant international codes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching.
