We are looking to hire a Junior Patient Care Administration Executive for our Health Home Care division.

Job Title: Junior Patient Care Administration Executive
Location: Mohali

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate patient care services and caregiver deployment.
- Manage patient inquiries and service requests.
- Schedule and assign caregivers as per patient requirements.
- Maintain patient records and service documentation.
- Coordinate with the operations, nursing, and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with patients and caregivers regarding service quality.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to home healthcare operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, or operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per month
