Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Promote company services and generate leads
Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
Support marketing activities and campaigns
Coordinate with the counselling team
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of marketing/telecalling is an advantage
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
