We are looking for a data-driven SEO Specialist who will own and grow organic traffic, rankings, and revenue for Bili Hu's D2C website. You will be responsible for end-to-end SEO - from technical audits to content strategy and link building.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical & On-Page SEO

- Conduct full technical SEO audits and fix issues related to crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, sitemap & robots.txt Optimize 95+ product pages, collection pages, and landing pages for high-intent keywords Keyword research and mapping for D2C, coffee subscriptions, and B2B HoReCa queries Optimize Shopify website structure, internal linking, meta titles, descriptions, and images

2. Content & Off-Page SEO

- Build and execute SEO content calendar with Marketing team - blogs, guides, brew guides, origin stories Build high-authority backlinks via outreach, digital PR, guest posts, and coffee industry partnerships Manage Local SEO for Delhi NCR, Bangalore,



Mumbai to support our HoReCa presence Optimize for Amazon & other marketplaces if needed

3. Analytics & Growth

- Own Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs / SEMrush, Screaming Frog Track KPIs: Organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, bounce rate, organic revenue & conversions Weekly competitor benchmarking and content gap analysis Monthly SEO performance report to Founder with actionable insights

Required Skills:

- 2-5 years of proven SEO experience, preferably with a D2C, E-commerce, or FMCG brand Expert in GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager Solid knowledge of Shopify SEO, on-page, off-page, and local SEO Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Liquid Experience in driving organic revenue, not just traffic Excellent analytical and reporting skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
