RK Resorts is a 15-room boutique resort in Thirunallar, Karaikal, with Crave, our 60-seat multi-cuisine restaurant, and Le Petit Éclair, our 150-seat banquet hall.

We are looking for a Captain to lead our restaurant floor.

Responsibilities

- Run the restaurant floor across lunch and dinner service
- Guide and train stewards to our written service standards
- Take orders, handle POS/KOT flow, manage table turnaround
- Handle guest requests and complaints on the floor
- Set up and execute banquet events — table layout, service sequence, clearing
- Opening and closing checks; control breakage and wastage

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years in restaurant or banquet service, with at least 1 year in a Captain or senior steward role
- Banquet and event service experience preferred
- Working knowledge of any restaurant POS
- Fluent Tamil, working English (Hindi an advantage)




- Willing to work in Karaikal; accommodation provided on property
- 6-day week; weekly off on a weekday — Saturdays and Sundays are working days
