Job Title: Performance Marketer

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing B2C digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

- Audit, manage, and optimize B2C advertising campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns across digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance.
- Monitor budgets and ensure effective campaign spending.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are an added advantage.
