We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm.

Experience: 1–4 Years ( Real estate experience Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Drive property sales through effective lead conversion.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and developers.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

- 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory).
- Experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) Firm is mandatory.
- Prior team handling experience.
- Excellent communication,



negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
