Bombay Mercantile Co-operative Bank Ltd. is seeking an experienced banking sales leader to spearhead its Priority Banking Vertical as Priority RM Head.

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹8.50 Lakhs Per Annum (Negotiable based on experience, leadership capability, and business track record)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Priority Relationship Managers (RMs)
Drive CASA, Deposits, Retail Assets, Insurance, and Portfolio Growth targets
Recruit, mentor, and develop Relationship Managers across assigned geographies
Build and scale the Priority Banking business franchise
Monitor productivity, customer acquisition, and portfolio quality
Work closely with senior management on strategic growth initiatives

Preferred Candidate Profile

✔ Strong experience in Retail Banking, Priority Banking, Wealth Management, Liability Sales and Banking Sales Leadership

✔ Proven track record of managing and scaling RM teams

✔ Solid leadership, coaching, and business development capabilities

✔ Deep understanding of CASA, Deposits, Retail Assets, Insurance, and Portfolio Management

Special Preference





Candidates currently leading a team of Relationship Managers and capable of bringing an experienced and performing RM team along with them will be strongly preferred.

Professionals having a ready pool of Relationship Managers, established customer networks, and demonstrated team-building capabilities will have a distinct advantage.

Leaders with a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams and driving sustainable business growth will be given priority consideration.
