Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to support project scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting for our ongoing real estate developments. The role involves close coordination with site teams, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring smooth execution through effective planning tools and analysis.

This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on exposure to construction projects who are looking to grow in project planning and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Develop baseline schedules and short-term lookahead plans
- Collect and track daily, weekly, and monthly site progress data (DPR/WPR)
- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and identify delays
- Support critical path analysis and delay analysis under guidance
- Prepare MIS reports and progress reports for management review
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for planning inputs
- Track resource utilization (manpower, materials, equipment)
- Maintain planning documentation, reports, and project records

Key Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 1–4 years of experience in construction / real estate projects
- Basic knowledge of project planning and scheduling concepts
- Hands-on or working knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Exposure to high-rise residential / commercial projects preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
