About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled AI Developer with at least one year of hands-on experience in building, integrating, and deploying AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and API development. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to develop scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications that solve real-world problems.

This role is best suited for individuals who can go beyond experimentation and contribute to delivering reliable AI systems in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions
- Build AI-powered applications using large language models and generative AI technologies
- Develop and integrate AI agents, chatbots, recommendation systems, and automation workflows
- Work with structured and unstructured data: data collection, cleaning, transformation, and analysis
- Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize ML and deep learning models
- Integrate third-party AI services and APIs into applications
- Develop backend APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using embeddings and vector databases
- Design prompts, evaluation methods, guardrails, and structured output pipelines for LLM applications
- Monitor model performance, accuracy, latency, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, backend, DevOps, and QA
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code




- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
- Maintain technical documentation for AI systems and integrations
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and generative technologies

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in AI, ML, or data-related roles
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation
- Hands-on experience with at least one framework: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or Scikit-learn
- Experience working with generative AI, LLMs, or AI APIs
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and RAG
- Experience in developing REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks
- Working knowledge of SQL and database systems
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation abilities
