We are seeking a highly accomplished Audit Manager to lead complex audit engagements and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive post-qualification experience in statutory audits, financial reporting, and managing audits of listed entities. This role offers an excellent prospect to work on high-impact assignments, including IPO-related engagements, while leading client relationships and mentoring audit teams.

- Key Skills & Expertise:
- Extensive experience in Statutory Audits of corporate entities, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, applicable auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong technical knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), including financial statement preparation, review, and implementation.
- Hands-on experience in auditing listed companies, with a thorough understanding of SEBI regulations, stock exchange compliance, and corporate governance requirements.
- Exposure to IPO assignments, including due diligence, financial reporting, restatement of financial statements,



and regulatory compliance throughout the listing process.
- Expertise in financial reporting, risk assessment, internal controls, audit planning, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.
- Proven ability to lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, supervise and mentor audit teams, and deliver projects within defined timelines.
- Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit.
- Demonstrated experience handling audits of listed companies and large corporate clients.
- Strong exposure to Ind AS, financial reporting, and IPO-related audit assignments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements while maintaining high-quality audit standards and meeting deadlines.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
