Position: Assistant Professor

Type: Part-Time, Immediate Joining Preferred

Eligibility Criteria:

- Ph.D. in Finance (or Management with Finance specialization) from a recognized university (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Qualified UGC-NET (or equivalent, e.g., NET/SET/SLET) as per applicable regulatory norms
- 2–4 years of relevant teaching/research/industry experience in Finance
- Strong academic record with positive publications in peer-reviewed journals preferred

Desired Skills:

- Sound knowledge of Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Investment Analysis, Banking & Financial Services
- Excellent communication and classroom delivery skills
- Interest in research, curriculum development, and student mentoring
- Proficiency in statistical/financial tools (SPSS, EViews, Excel, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities:

- Conduct designated lecture/lab sessions in Finance and allied subjects (as per assigned weekly hours)
- Guide student research projects/dissertations on a part-time basis




- Encouraged to publish research papers in reputed journals and participate in conferences
- Support departmental administrative and accreditation activities as needed
- Contribute to institutional academic and outreach initiatives as availability permits

Engagement Details:

- Flexible/part-time working hours, to be mutually agreed based on departmental scheduling
- Compensation on a per-hour/per-lecture or pro-rata basis (as applicable)
