Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, landscaping, and engineering services.
- Ensure the functionality of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Supervise and lead on-site facility staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews to improve service quality.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and service agreements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
- Prepare, manage, and optimize operational budgets.
- Analyze expenditures and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.




- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Utilize facility management software for efficient operations tracking and reporting.
- Generate periodic reports on operational performance, incidents, and cost analysis.
