Job title: Social Media Marketing Executive (Tech-Focused)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and execution-driven Social Media Marketing Executive who can own our digital presence end-to-end. This is not just about posting content—you’ll be responsible for shaping how our brand is perceived online, engaging the right audience, and supporting the visibility of our products in the market.

If you understand both content psychology and product storytelling, this role will give you significant ownership and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

- Manage and grow our presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and others
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals
- Create engaging posts (text, visuals, short videos, carousels)
- Monitor trends and adapt content strategies accordingly

Product Visibility & Promotion

- Work closely with product and tech teams to understand features and releases
- Translate product capabilities into compelling social narratives
- Support product launches, feature rollouts, and updates with creative campaigns

Content & Brand Building

- Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels
- Write clear, concise, and engaging captions and micro-content
- Collaborate with designers or use tools to create visual assets

Performance & Optimization

- Track KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions)




- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategy
- Experiment with new formats, hooks, and growth tactics

Community Engagement

- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions proactively
- Build relationships with followers, partners, and creators
- Maintain a positive and qualified brand presence

What We’re Looking For:

- 1+ year of hands-on experience in social media marketing
- Strong understanding of content strategy + audience behavior
- Ability to simplify and communicate technical products effectively
- Basic design sense (Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus)
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points:

- Experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or startup ecosystem
- Basic knowledge of SEO or performance marketing
- Ability to create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts)
- Understanding of personal branding and founder-led marketing
