About the Role
Our client, a growing travel company, is looking for confident and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join their voice process team. If you enjoy talking to customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls.
- Explain travel packages and services to potential customers.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
