Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, HR professionals, and recruitment agencies.
- Identify new companies for internships and campus placements.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer engagement activities.
- Coordinate interviews, aptitude tests, group discussions, and selection processes.
- Guide students on resume writing, interview preparation, and career planning.
- Conduct employability skill sessions, mock interviews, and placement readiness programs.
- Track student placement status and maintain placement records and reports.
- Collaborate with faculty to ensure students meet industry expectations.
- Generate placement MIS reports and present placement statistics to management.
- Build MoUs with companies for internships, live projects, industrial visits, and placements.
- Achieve monthly and yearly internship and placement targets.
- Maintain alumni and recruiter databases for future hiring opportunities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
