Role Overview:

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, managing guest relations, and leading the front office team to provide exceptional service. This role ensures a high standard of guest satisfaction and efficient resort operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Service: Ensure excellent service during check-ins/outs and resolve guest concerns promptly.

- Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, create work schedules, and evaluate performance.

- Operations: Oversee room reservations, billing, and daily reports. Ensure efficient front office operations.

- Guest Relations: Handle VIPs and special requests, monitor guest satisfaction, and collect feedback.

- Coordination: Work with housekeeping, maintenance,



and other departments for smooth operations.

- Compliance: Ensure safety and health regulations are met, including emergency procedures.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

- Experience: 8 years in front office management with minimum of 4 years in leadership role, preferably in a 4-star resort.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Other: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

- Should be based in Kerala. Ability to speak fluently in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
