Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Designer with expertise in design analysis of yarn dyed fabrics and proficiency in design software such as Texcad. The candidate will be responsible for creating and analyzing designs, ensuring they meet client specifications, and optimizing them for production. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of textile patterns, color schemes, and weaving techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze design requirements from clients and convert them into detailed technical designs.
- Create textile patterns and designs using Texcad or similar design software.
- Ensure designs are in line with production capabilities and customer requirements.
- Review fabric construction, color combinations, and design elements for accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs can be effectively translated into finished products.
- Maintain design libraries and catalogs for future reference and updates.
- Prepare design samples for approval, incorporating client feedback into the final version.
- Develop design specifications, including material selection, color accuracy, and print placement.
- Provide support for product development,



including troubleshooting design-related production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in textile or fabric design, especially in woven fabrics.
- Strong proficiency in Texcad and other design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CAD, or similar tools).
- Knowledge in design analysis, including understanding fabric properties, yarn counts, and weaving structures.
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for color, texture, and pattern.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A solid understanding of design trends, market needs, and sustainability in fabric design.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in analyzing and optimizing designs for manufacturing and production efficiency.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems for textile design.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
