Job Title: Front Office & Sales Executive – GymJob Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and target-driven Front Office & Sales Executive to manage reception duties and drive membership sales at our gym. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for fitness.

Key Responsibilities:Front Office Duties:

- Greet and welcome members and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and walk-in clients
- Maintain member records and update databases
- Manage check-ins and ensure smooth front desk operations
- Handle basic administrative tasks (billing, receipts, appointments)

Sales Responsibilities:

- Explain membership plans, offers, and services to potential clients
- Convert walk-ins and inquiries into memberships
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, or email
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Promote gym services, personal training, and special packages





Customer Service:

- Build strong relationships with members
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Ensure a positive member experience at all times

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Experience in sales, customer service, or front office (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Presentable and well-groomed personality
