About Britfort Academy

Britfort Academy is one of India's leading language training institutes, offering IELTS, PTE, OET, Spoken English, and Study Abroad guidance. We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our Corporate Office in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in students.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, fee structure, class schedules, and admission procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.




- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the admission process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in Academic Counselling, Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Education is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and counselling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping students.
