Job Summary

SLT Lighting LLP is looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our retail showroom team. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers choose the right lighting solutions while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and understand their lighting requirements.

* Recommend suitable lighting products and solutions based on customer needs.

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

* Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

* Assist with billing and perform basic computer-based tasks.

* Ensure product displays and the showroom are well-maintained at all times.

* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order processing and customer service.





* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or a customer-facing sales role (Mandatory)

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

* Basic computer proficiency

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

* Ability to work in a target-driven setting
