Job Summary

We are looking for an Electrical & Electronics Engineer – Sourcing Executive to manage the sourcing and procurement of electrical and electronic components used in fitness equipment such as treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical trainers, and strength machines. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of electrical and electronic components, vendor development, and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

Source electrical and electronic components required for fitness equipment manufacturing.

Procure components such as motors, motor controllers, PCBs, display consoles, SMPS, wiring harnesses, sensors, switches, relays, transformers, bearings, and other related parts.

Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable domestic and international suppliers.

Obtain quotations, compare pricing, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchases.

Coordinate with the Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to understand technical specifications and material requirements.

Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any supply-related issues.





Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.

Ensure all sourced materials meet the required quality standards and technical specifications.

Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports.

Monitor market trends, component availability, and pricing to support strategic sourcing decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

1–4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or purchasing of electrical and electronic components.

Good knowledge of electrical and electronic components used in manufacturing industries.

Experience in vendor development and supplier management.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, component specifications, and technical datasheets.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the fitness equipment, consumer electronics, automotive, or electrical manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of import sourcing and international procurement will be an added advantage.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
