Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Senior Accountant to manage our daily accounting operations and handle government compliances. In this role, you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day accounting, making sure all books are up to date. You will also be the go-to person for handling Income Tax and GST matters, including visiting the government departments when required

Key Responsibilities

1. Day-to-Day Accounting

Manage the complete, everyday accounting.

Handle daily data entry, purchase/sales invoicing, and expenses.

Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage cash flow (payments and receivables).

Keep all financial records organized and accurate.

2. GST & Income Tax Department Work

Take care of all issues, notices, and situations related to GST and Income Tax.

Visit the GST and Income Tax departments in person to meet officials and resolve any ongoing matters or queries.

Yearly Compliances & Returns

Complete all yearly compliance requirements for the companies on time.

Prepare and finalize year-end Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements.

Coordinate and ensure that all annual company returns are filed properly.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Strong experience in core accounting, with practical experience dealing with tax departments and officials.

Skills: Valuable command over accounting software (like Tally) and MS Excel.

Communication: Confident personality with the ability to speak clearly and handle government office visits smoothly.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
