Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Generative AI / AI Automation Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, RAG, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, REST APIs, AI agent frameworks, data processing, and enterprise AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.
- Build and integrate AI-powered applications using Python, REST APIs, JSON, automation, and workflow development.
- Develop Agentic AI solutions involving tool calling, workflow orchestration, guardrails, memory, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using embeddings, vector search, and enterprise knowledge systems.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and business workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and define measurable outcomes.
- Follow SDLC, Agile, DevOps, testing, release management, and production support practices.
- Work with enterprise tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Define and measure AI adoption, productivity,



quality, and business value metrics.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to stakeholders and development teams.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and Responsible AI.
- Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, JSON, automation, workflow development, and data processing.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, including tool calling, workflow orchestration, guardrails, memory, and human-in-the-loop design.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases/vector search, and enterprise knowledge systems.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, testing, release management, and production support.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, training, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience building or deploying AI Agents and LLM-powered applications in enterprise environments.
- Exposure to AI governance, Responsible AI, security, and compliance.
- Experience with cloud-based AI services and modern AI/ML ecosystems is an advantage.
