About PMEX:
PMEX International Logistics is a Kolkata-based freight forwarding and logistics company handling commercial freight (air & ocean), domestic/international courier, and B2C shipments across India and internationally.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken Sales & Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound calling, client follow-ups, and lead conversion for our logistics and courier services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into bookings
- Coordinate with internal teams for shipment status and client updates




- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Build solid client relationships to support repeat business

Requirements:

- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali (spoken and phone communication)
- Prior calling/telesales/customer service experience required
- Experience in the logistics, courier, or freight forwarding industry preferred
- Good communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with target-driven sales environment

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month, based on experience and interview performance
