 Cutting, Marking, shaping, drilling of electrical apparatus for Making Control panel.

 Laying of Raceway, Cable try, Wire and cable for machine wiring or control panel wiring.

 Fixing of electrical apparatus in control panel or machine.

 Wiring as per diagram or given instruction by seniors.

 VFD ,Temperature controller, Flow meter, Thermocouple, RTD, Power Analyzer, Pressure transmitter , Process PID controller Programming & data recording during commissioning of machine.

 Installation of Various type of Sensor and keep in record , at least 10 type of sensor to be experienced during 6 month of tenure .

 Self-making of Star Delta starter and Panel along with circuit diagram and good knowledge of star delta connection of motor .





 Self-making of DOL starter and Panel along with circuit diagram and positive knowledge of DOL connection of motor .

 Experience about MCB ,MCCB ,ELCB ,RCB ,FUSE , at least 10 type of these items to be experienced during 6 month of tenure .

 5S of working place where so ever working.
