About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive (Healthcare Focus) to join our team. This role will primarily focus on recruitment (80%) along with a smaller component of operational responsibilities (20%). The ideal candidate should have experience in non technical hiring and some exposure to the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (80%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Handle offer rollouts and follow-ups until onboarding
Operations (20%)
- Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
- Support HR operations and coordination tasks
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes
- Help improve recruitment workflows and efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment
- Exposure to healthcare industry hiring is preferred
- Strong understanding of Non-IT roles and technologies of Healthcare
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools
- Basic knowledge of HR operations is a plus
