- Drive sales, revenue, and profitability across the assigned cluster.
- Monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Store Managers to improve team performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and premium in-store experience.
- Monitor store KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, footfall, and productivity.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to ensure SOP compliance.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability, shrinkage control, and asset protection.
- Review staffing requirements and coordinate recruitment, training, and succession planning.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, attendance, grooming, and disciplinary standards.
- Resolve customer escalations and operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Finance,



and Supply Chain teams.
- Prepare and present business performance reports and action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
- Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- retail sales experience with at least 2–3 years in a multi-store management role.
- Experience in premium retail, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
