Job Title: Executive - AI Engineer

Job Summary
You will spearhead development of cutting-edge enterprise RAG platforms and conversational AI agents using state-of-the-art frameworks and cloud technologies. This role drives innovation in scalable AI solutions that power next-generation business applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Design and deploy advanced RAG pipelines with VectorDB integration for semantic search and retrieval at scale.

- Build agentic conversational systems using LangGraph, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.

- Develop high-performance FastAPI backends with RBAC

- Optimize LLM inference

- Implement microservices architectures with containerization and cloud-native deployment.

- Integrate GenAI capabilities via AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and multimodal models.

- Experiment with frontier techniques in hybrid search, multi-agent orchestration, and low-latency serving.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.





- 1+ years of hands-on AI engineering or building production AI products.

- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, FastAPI, and modern VectorDBs (e.g., pgvector, Milvus, etc).

- Experience with agentic framework (Langgraph, Autogen, Langchain) and conversational AI

- Experience working with MCP protocol

- Strong skills in microservices design and comfortable with Linux.

Good to have

- Familiarity with cloud native AI services

- Experience optimizing LLM inference via LLoRA, PEFT, quantization and RLHF.
