Recruiter Skills And Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications

- Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates

- Time-management skills and multitasking ability

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring requirements and partner with hiring managers to plan recruitment strategies.

- Source and attract candidates through job portals, databases, and networking platforms.

- Screen resumes and conduct structured interviews within defined timelines.

- Evaluate candidates technical skills,



soft skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer rollout.

- Handle CTC structuring and create competitive, attractive compensation proposals.

- Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.

- Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
