About the Role

We run an e-commerce business selling products through Facebook and Instagram ads. We're looking for a creative video editor who doesn't just edit — but thinks like a marketer. Your videos will directly drive sales, so we need someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling and buy. This is a fully remote role — you'll need your own laptop/PC capable of video editing and a stable internet connection.

What You'll Do

- Create short-form video ads (15–60 sec) for Facebook/Instagram that convert viewers into customers
- Bring fresh ad concepts and hooks — recent angles, trends, and ideas for every product, not just the same template repeated
- Use AI tools (Veo/Google Flow, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.) to create realistic product shots, AI voiceovers, and scenes without expensive shoots
- Edit raw footage, add captions, transitions, sound effects, and background music that fit the ad style




- Make multiple variations of winning ads for testing (different hooks, CTAs, formats)
- Coordinate with our team online (WhatsApp/calls) to understand products and target customers
- Deliver videos on agreed timelines and revise based on feedback

What We're Looking For

- Strong hands-on skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience with AI video/image generation tools and realistic AI edits
- Understanding of what works in Facebook/Instagram ads — hooks, pacing, CTAs
- Creative thinker who proactively suggests new ad ideas instead of waiting for briefs
- Hindi + English content comfort (voiceovers, captions)
- Own laptop/PC with editing software and reliable internet
- Portfolio of past ad videos or reels is a must

Good to Have

- Experience editing for D2C/e-commerce brands
- Knowledge of UGC-style ad formats
- Basic scriptwriting for ads

Pay: ₹10,312.04 - ₹33,722.46 per month
