Scymes Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Payroll Executive to support payroll operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and excellent Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain payroll input data in Excel.
- Collect attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deduction details from internal teams.
- Coordinate with the external payroll processing partner (HGS) for monthly payroll processing.
- Verify payroll reports and salary statements received from HGS.
- Assist in validating bank upload files before salary processing.
- Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
- Support PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other payroll compliance activities.
- Respond to employee payroll-related queries.
- Prepare payroll reports and MIS as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of payroll experience.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Immediate Joiners preferred. Freshers with payroll internship experience may also be considered.
Pay: ₹14,665.45 - ₹33,895.38 per month
