Job Title: Accounts Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in accounting and finance. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
- Record financial transactions in accounting software.
- Assist with bank reconciliations.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Assist in preparing reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation.




- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

- B.Com , M.Com , MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and accounting software is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software is a plus.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
