Job Description – HR Manager

Experience Required: 5-9 Years
Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Manage end-to-end hiring: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Onboarding & Documentation – Conduct induction programs and maintain employee records and statutory documents.
- Payroll & Compliance – Handle payroll, ESIC, EPFO, PT, TDS compliance, and audit support.
- Employee Relations – Address grievances, support disciplinary procedures, and promote engagement.
- Performance Management – Assist in appraisal cycles, KPI tracking, and employee development.
- Policy Implementation – Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws.
- Training & Development – Organize workshops and compliance training and identify skill gaps.
- Biometric Attendance Management – Manage biometric app/software for timekeeping and attendance.
- HRMS Administration – Oversee HRMS systems for employee data, leave,



and performance tracking.
- Compliance & Audit Readiness – Prepare statutory filings and coordinate with auditors.
- Employee Engagement Programs – Plan team-building, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Exit & Separation Management—Handle resignations, F&F; settlements, and relieving documentation.
- HR Reporting & Analytics – Generate HR dashboards, attrition reports, and manpower insights

✅ Key Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of HR compliance (ESIC, EPFO, PT, TDS, Wage Code).
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to manage recruitment independently.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
- Problem-solving and employee engagement skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
