- Final Vehicle Inspection: Inspect repaired vehicles for high-quality paint finish, color matching, panel alignment, and overall workmanship.
- Safety & Functional Testing: Verify all structural, mechanical, and safety systems, including testing ADAS systems, wheel alignment, and ensuring no warning lights are present.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain records of inspections, such as checklists, diagnostic reports, and paint warranties.
- Quality Control Checkpoints: Perform "spot checks" of in-process work and conduct thorough final checks to meet OEM and insurance standards.
- Defect Correction: Identify defects (e.g., paint nibs, poor gaps) and return vehicles to technicians for corrections before delivery.
- Customer Delivery Preparation: Ensure the vehicle is clean, all repairs are accounted for on the invoice, and documentation is ready
