Business Development Executive — Dental Appointments (Bilingual: English/Spanish)

Position Summary
Customer-focused role handling inbound/outbound patient calls in English and Spanish to schedule and optimize dental appointments, assist with insurance info, maintain records, and coordinate with office staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound calls in English and Spanish.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- Use waitlists and fill cancellations to maximize provider schedules.
- Collect/verify patient demographics and insurance details.
- Enter accurate notes in the practice management system.
- Coordinate with office managers and staff on schedules and updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and excellent customer service.

Qualifications





- Fluent English and Spanish (verbal & written).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Call center, healthcare/dental experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and computer/data-entry skills.
- Reliable attendance and qualified demeanour.

Relocation

- Willingness to relocate to Mohali- Punjab, if required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
