Single Key Advisory is a dedicated Chartered Accountant (CA) firm based in Surat, Gujarat. We provide comprehensive accounting, taxation, and financial advisory services to a diverse portfolio of businesses. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Tally Data Entry Operator to join our team and help maintain accurate financial records for our clients.

Role Summary

As our Tally Operator, you will be the backbone of our daily accounting operations. You will be responsible for maintaining the books of accounts for various clients using Tally Prime. Your primary focus will be high-volume data entry, managing vouchers, reconciling bank statements, and preparing the raw data so our senior CAs can efficiently file taxes and finalize reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Bookkeeping: Accurately record daily financial transactions, including Sales, Purchases, Receipts, Payments, Contra, and Journal entries in Tally for multiple client accounts.
- Bank Reconciliation: Match Tally ledgers with clients' bank statements to ensure absolute accuracy and flag any missing entries or discrepancies.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable: Track pending payments and outstanding dues, assisting in generating aging reports when required by clients.
- Tax Data Preparation:



Ensure all entries include correct GSTINs, HSN/SAC codes, and tax rates (CGST/SGST/IGST) to support smooth and error-free GST return filings.
- Data Management: Export Tally reports into Microsoft Excel and format them for senior review.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience working with Tally (Tally Prime experience is highly preferred). Previous experience working in a CA firm is a strong advantage.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Golden Rules of Accounting and basic bookkeeping principles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent typing speed with a high accuracy rate; capable of spotting numerical errors quickly.
- Tax Basics: Familiarity with basic GST and TDS entry rules.
