Role Overview

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and passionate Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, and project management capabilities to oversee projects from concept development through execution. This role requires creativity, precision, and effective coordination with clients, consultants, and execution teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative architectural concepts, designs, and presentations for residential, commercial, and interior projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout all project stages.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress,



ensure design implementation accuracy, and address in office challenges.
- Stay updated on emerging architectural trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, timelines, and project requirements.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 , Lumion and other relevant architectural/design software.
- Strong design visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent project coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
