Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Gold Loan

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager – Gold Loan to lead business growth, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets for our Gold Loan portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Gold Loan or NBFC/Banking sector with excellent team handling and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Gold Loan business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate recent business through market visits, customer references, and local networking.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to maximize performance.
- Ensure proper gold appraisal, loan documentation, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalations efficiently.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly business reports.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Gold Loan sales with Banks or NBFCs.
- Strong knowledge of Gold Loan products, lending processes, and branch operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage a team and drive business growth.
