About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, generate quality leads, and support business growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the company and real estate projects.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
- Plan and create engaging content, reels, posts, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other marketing partners.
- Run and monitor digital marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour.
- Generate and manage marketing leads and coordinate with the sales team.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Support property launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
