Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments for banking products.
- Handle collection-related calls professionally and courteously.
- Negotiate payment commitments and address customer queries.
- Update customer interaction and payment records accurately.
- Meet assigned collection targets and productivity goals.




- Adhere to company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in tele-collections for banking products.
- Fluency in Telugu or Kannada is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry proficiency.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment while maintaining a professional approach.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
