Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates.

Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.

Negotiate salary within company guidelines.

Generate offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.

Required Skills

2–3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).





Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Strong coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MIS , MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate or MBA in Human Resources preferred.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Positive attitude with solid learning ability.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Candidates residing in or near Thane to Panvel will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
