Nucleus International School is seeking a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to work with children aged 3.5 to 6 years. The ideal candidate should have experience with the Cambridge Curriculum and be committed to creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment through inquiry-based, hands-on, and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver engaging learning experiences using the Cambridge Curriculum and ageappropriate teaching practices.

Create a warm, nurturing classroom that supports each child’s academic, social, emotional, and physical development.

Encourage creativity, curiosity, confidence, and independence through hands-on learning and Montessori-inspired activities.

Prepare lesson plans, assessments, progress reports, and classroom resources.

Maintain professional communication with parents during PTMs and school events.





Work collaboratively with colleagues and follow the school’s academic and safeguarding policies.

Use positive behaviour management strategies and provide an inclusive environment for children with different learning needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Ed., M.Ed., Early Childhood Education, or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum 3–4 years of experience, preferably in a Cambridge or international school.

Excellent spoken and written English. Solid knowledge of child development and early years education.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and educational technology.

Creative, energetic, patient, self-motivated, and passionate about working with young children.

Pay: ₹15,111.13 - ₹25,000.00 per month
